Handling of Personal Information, etc., of Officers and Employees

Ⅰ. Personal information, etc., of Company officers and employees (name, address, date of birth, annual income, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) shall be used for the following purposes.
Moreover, officers and employees shall include Company officers as well as employees, temporary employees, and employees transferred to the Company, and persons who used to be such.

To engage in each of the following conduct at the Company.

Name, gender, address, date of birth, nationality, employer, employee number, employment classification, date hired, date of resignation, grounds for resignation, Current recognition year since Employment ,employee certificate number, company of origin, affiliation, position, title, qualification grade, superior’s information, qualifications/licenses, telephone number, e-mail address, activity history (number of phone calls, meeting room reservation history, number and duration of online meetings, time entered and left buildings, etc.)
